Our 15 Minute rule

Often times, our clients have a minor change or two to make on their website. Rather than charge an hour of our time, we have put in place what we call our 15 Minute Rule. What this means is if you have a change or two and it's only going to take us 15 minutes or less to make the change, there is no charge.

The Fine Print
Of course, there are limitations. This is limited to once a month. If the client has several changes several times per week, and that 15 minutes is exceeded, there will be a charge - but - we will let you know ahead of time.
